Our Appraisers

Anastasia is from North Virginia and credits her parents for nourishing her life-long love of art, signing her up for private art lessons as a child and frequently taking her to Washington, DC, to wander the museums. After high school Anastasia moved to central Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art with a minor in Art History from Stetson University. 

While in Florida Anastasia interned at the Southeast Museum of Photography and volunteered at the DeLand Museum of Art, where she cataloged artwork and assisted with traveling exhibitions. In 2006 Anastasia came to Colorado and fell in love with the landscape, the people and the creative atmosphere. She quickly secured a job in art sales and has continuously worked in the fine art world ever since. 

Through her long-term employment with one of the largest art dealers and gallerists in the Western US, Anastasia has extensive primary and secondary market knowledge of many forms of 20th and 21st Century artworks. Anastasia has also advised and assisted private collectors as well as interior designers with sales and acquisitions. 

Anastasia is a USPAP compliant appraiser, specializing in modern to contemporary fine art and performs appraisals of paintings, prints, drawings, sculptures and photography. She is currently an Accredited member through the International Society of Appraisers, in good standing, and a qualified appraiser through the IRS. She has experience with valuing the art content of large estates in addition to small collections and single items, and can prepare appraisals for a range of functions including non-cash charitable deduction, insurance replacement and estate evaluation.
