Many thanks for a great experience with our estate sale. They were both professional,personal able, and courteous. They went above and beyond for us to help prep for he sale. They took time out from their busy schedule to cHe helped rearrange the merchandise after my painters had to move all the furniture and displays. The crew was great with all the customers managed to ensure that all the customers were serviced even though we were mobbed. Their negotiating skills and upsell skills were the winning combination in making our sale a success!!! We appreciate all there professionalism and expertise!

We have visited several Estate sales and the business location with Prestige they are always very friendly and reasonable. Buying or selling we would call and refer to them first.
I have a very big building with lots of items that needed to be sold because I sold my business. Prestige came in an organized all the contents down to the nuts and bolts. It was quite a job. My building is 3 levels about 7,000 ft of space. Each level was set up and organized for the sale. It took 3 days of selling and just about everything was sold. I appreciated all there hard work. They worked long hours and were promptly there on time each day. They were very knowledgeable about what items cost and priced them to sell. If I need this service again I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They were very courteous to work with.

The Sale Manager and the rest of the Prestige Estate Services team had their work cut out for them when they tackled a large estate sale project in Westminster. In interviewing estate companies for this project, another estate company during their initial walk thru didn't feel as if they could even take the estate on. The team was organized, friendly and held three successful sales. The mass amount of items to sift through was tremendous. So, when the Prestige team came across particular items, they set them aside for me to review and decide if I wanted to keep them, or have them included in the sale. That really gave me a good sense of their trustworthiness. I did not use the donation/clean up services, I took care of this personally. I was very pleased with Prestige Estate Services, the amount of work they put into the sales I couldn't have taken care of in a year... I'm very grateful for the service that they provided.
Prestige is the greatest! Professional, honest, complete, hardworking and I can go on and on. Dustin and his team of professionals came in and worked to price everything in the house and arrange items for best viewing for the sale. At the end of the sale the accounting was meticulous and I was left with a feeling that we had done the best that we could. My confidence could not have been higher for all. Thank you all!!!

Prestige Estate Services did an excellent job of handling our estate sale in Castle Pines. In the initial meeting they gave us complete information about the services they could provide, did a thorough inventory of what we wanted to sell, and estimated the costs. On the week of the sale, an efficient team organized and priced the items based on their experience of what would be reasonable values. On the sale days the team monitored carefully the shoppers and the sale items, and handled the sales in an efficient way. They had already arranged to come in after the sale to remove a few unsold items. We were totally satisfied with the professional way our estate sale was managed.

My Husband I were on a short timeline to sell as much as possible in order to fund a move due to a job change. I can't believe how well they advertised our sale in such a short amount of time and drew so many customers on that short of notice.
